PURPOSE OF AND CONSENT TO POLICY.  The website is owned by Erin E Breeze Strategies LLC, (“us,” “we,” or “Company”).  We are committed to respecting the privacy rights of our customers, visitors, and other users of the Company Website (the “Website”). We created this Website Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) to give you confidence as you visit and use the Website, and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of privacy. This Policy is only applicable to the Website, and not to any other websites that you may be able to access from the Website, each of which may have data collection and use practices and policies that differ materially from this Policy. Your use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of the Policy and your consent to be bound by its terms.


INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE.  In operating the Website, we may include registration, and other online forms that ask users to provide their names, e-mail addresses, and other contact information.  In addition, in order to provide you with requested communication, information or services (including payment for services or products), we may require you to provide certain additional personal information.  Such information may include the following categories:  mailing address, phone number or payment information.  Also, if you communicate with us by email, post messages to any of our chat groups, bulletin boards, or forums, or otherwise complete online forms, any information provided may be collected as personal information. You understand that your decision to provide such information is voluntary and constitutes your clear consent to allow us to collect, process and retain it.

SENSITIVE INFORMATION.  Please do not submit any confidential, proprietary or sensitive personally identifiable information (e.g., Social Security Number; date of birth; driver’s license numbers; or credit card; bank account or other financial information) (collectively, “Sensitive Information”) through the Website.  If you submit any Sensitive Information through the Website, you do so at your own risk, and we will not be liable to you or responsible for consequences of your submission.   

AUTOMATIC COLLECTION. Our servers may automatically recognize visitors’ domain names and IP addresses (the number assigned to computers on the Internet). No personal information about you is revealed in this process. The Website may also gather anonymous “traffic data” that does not personally identify you, but that may be helpful for marketing purposes or for improving the services we offer.


DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. We will not sell, rent or lease mailing lists or other user data to others, and we will not make your personal information available to any unaffiliated parties, except as follows:

We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations. We indicate the specific processing grounds we rely on next to each purpose listed below. 

We use the information we collect or receive: 

  • To facilitate account creation and logon process. If you choose to fill out a Website form to register, or otherwise request information from us, we will use the personal information to facilitate account creation and logon process for future communication and/or the performance of a contract and provision of services. 
  • To send you marketing and promotional communications. We may use the personal information you send to us for our marketing purposes, if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences. You can opt-out of our marketing emails at any time by contacting us as set forth below).      
  • To send administrative information to you. We may use your personal information to send you information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies or other administrative matters.       
  • To post testimonials. We may post testimonials on our Website that may contain personal information. Prior to posting a testimonial, we will obtain your consent to use your name and testimonial. If you wish to update, or delete your testimonial, please contact us at test email and be sure to include your name, testimonial location, and contact information.           
  • Deliver targeted advertising to you. We may use your information to develop and display content and advertising (and work with third parties who do so) tailored to your interests and/or location and to measure its effectiveness.                   
  • To protect our Company. We may use your information as part of our efforts to keep our Company safe and secure (for example, for fraud monitoring and prevention).                      
  • To respond to legal requests and prevent harm. If we receive a subpoena or other legal request, we may need to inspect the data we hold to determine how to respond.                         
  • To manage user accounts. We may use your information for the purposes of managing our account and keeping it in working order.

  • To respond to user inquiries/offer support to users.  We may use your information to respond to your inquiries and solve any potential issues you might have with the use of our services.

We will not use identifiable personal information without your consent.            

ANONYMOUS INFORMATION. We may use anonymous information to analyze our Website traffic, but we do not examine this information for individually identifying information. In addition, we may use anonymous IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our Website, or to display the content according to your preferences. Traffic and transaction information may also be shared with business partners and advertisers on an aggregate and anonymous basis.

You may review or request changes to the information that we collect about you and you may request that we remove all information about you from our database (subject to certain legal exceptions, for example, when the personal information is necessary to complete a transaction for which we collected it or to comply with a legal obligation) by contacting us in accordance with this policy as set forth below.

NOTICE TO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS.  Effective January 1, 2020, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) allows California residents, upon a verifiable consumer request, to request that a business that collects consumers’ personal information give consumers access, in a portable and (if technically feasible) readily usable form, to the specific pieces and categories of personal information that the business has collected about the consumer, the categories of sources for that information, the business or commercial purposes for collecting the information, and the categories of third parties with which the information was shared. California residents also have the right to submit a request for deletion of information under certain circumstances. Consistent with California law, if you choose to exercise your rights, we won’t charge you different prices or provide different quality of services unless those differences are related to your information.

NO DISCRIMINATION FOR CCPA REQUESTS.  Businesses are prohibited from discriminating against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA, including by: (A) denying you goods or services; (B) charging you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through the use of discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties; (C) providing you with a different level or quality of goods or services; or (D) suggesting that you will receive a different price, rate, level, or quality of goods or services. Nothing prohibits a business from charging a different price or providing a different level or quality of service if the difference is reasonably related to the value provided to the consumer by the consumer’s data. Please note that Company may claim legal exemptions for certain types of personal information from all or certain parts of the CCPA pursuant to various CCPA exemptions.



The Website has security measures in place to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information that we obtain from you, but we make no assurances about our ability to prevent any such loss, misuse, to you or to any third party arising out of any such loss, misuse, or alteration.


PUBLIC FORUMS. The Website may include interactive forums such as message boards and chat rooms. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.

THIRD PARTY WEBSITES. The Website may contain links to other websites. If you choose to visit other websites, we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those other websites, and it is your responsibility to review the privacy policies at those websites to confirm that you understand and agree with their policies.


We believe it is essential that parents are involved in their children's online experiences. Our Website is designed and intended for adults. In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"), we do not knowingly collect or store personal information about children under age 13. If you become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information via the Website, or otherwise provided us with their personal information, please contact us immediately as set forth below.  If we become aware of a user under the age of 13 providing information on our Website without parental permission, we will terminate that account and purge our databases of all personal information provided by that user to the extent feasible.  

You may only use the Website if you are 18 years of age or older.  Pursuant to 47 U.S.C. Section 230(d) as amended, Erin E Breeze Strategies LLC hereby notifies you that parental control protections (such as computer hardware, software or filtering services) are commercially available and may assist you in limiting access to material that is harmful to minors.



If you are in the European Union (hereinafter “EU”), you have certain additional rights and protections under the law regarding the collection and processing of your personal data.




If you are in the EU, we will collect and process your personal data:

  • To perform our responsibilities under our contract with you (e.g. processing payments for and fulfillment of the goods you have ordered);
  • When we have a legitimate interest in collecting and processing your personal data in order for us to run a successful commercial organization (e.g. to communicate with you about updates regarding your order, to advertise products to specifically tailored for you, and send you updates to this policy or regarding administrative matters);

If you are accessing our Services from outside United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by those third parties with whom we may share your personal information, in United States, and other countries. 

If you are a resident in the European Economic Area, then these countries may not have data protection or other laws as comprehensive as those in your country. We will however take reasonable measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy and applicable law.
